We have a passionate and dedicated team at Alpine Infusion, with many of our staff returning to work with us season after season. But, we’re always looking to grow, and are constantly on the lookout for talented individuals.

At Alpine Infusion we know that our staff are integral to what we do and each of our chalets has a dedicated and experienced team consisting of a manager, professionally-trained chef, hostess, driver and assistant.

Each of our employees is carefully selected for their abilities in accordance with Alpine Infusion’s high standards. Our resort teams have an unparalleled knowledge of the area. Each chalet is run by no less than four highly-trained staff, thus giving us the highest staff-to-guest ratio in the Three Valleys, providing our clients with a truly memorable holiday experience.

The perfect role for those who relish in taking charge

Our managers are required to undertake multiple roles; front of house, looking after guests, administration and managing a team of staff. Therefore, we are looking for candidates who are able to multitask.

Previous experience of hospitality work or managerial experience is mandatory. Within this, experience working with different nationalities, including Russian and French clients, is preferable.

The ideal candidate is a well-presented team player with the ability to work independently, an eye for detail, proactive approach, excellent time management and organisational skills.

Conversational French is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Are you talented in the kitchen, with a passion for fine dining?

The chef position is integral to the client’s satisfaction on their holiday. As a result this role is demanding and requires a high level of service and professionalism. Most of our chalets are catered, and we offer a sumptuous menu that rivals even the finest restaurants in the area.

We require chefs who have had experience in high end luxury chalets, yachts or restaurants. Preferably catering experience for different nationalities including Russian and French.

A well presented team player with the ability to work independently, an eye for detail, proactive, excellent time management and organisational skills are mandatory.

An understanding of French is an advantage.

Chalet Hostesses and Hosts

For those who are gifted at adding the personal touch

The hostess position is at the forefront of the clients holiday. Here, interpersonal skills are paramount, as you will largely be the face of Alpine Infusion. Those who are talented at looking after others will find themselves perfectly suited to this role.

The host position is a broad one. From taking breakfast orders in the morning, to ensuring that the chalet is clean and ready – your job will encompass many roles. This also includes serving the guests evening canapés and meals. We are therefore looking for a candidate with a professional attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

Ensuring guests have the most enjoyable experience

The driver position is at the forefront of the clients holiday. You’ll be in daily contact with clients, from organising their skis – to collecting them from the slopes. Therefore, a candidate with excellent and professional interpersonal skills is therefore needed.

Previous experience of driving on mountain roads and in snow is desirable, but not essential – as we provide full training. A full, clean UK driving license is compulsory.

Operations Assistants

For those looking for variation at work

The operations assistant is a mixed role; a cross between a hostess/host and a driver. This, therefore, is an interesting position and requires a candidate who is flexible and able on their own initiative in different situations.

The position encompasses many roles – from ensuring that the chalet is clean and ready for the clients return from a day on the mountain, to collecting guests from the airport.
