All telephone and e-mail bookings will be held for 1 week pending
receipt of a completed booking form and deposit. Full payment
(total cost) must be made at least 8 weeks prior to arrival. For
bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full payment (total
cost), insurance premiums or evidence of adequate insurance cover
must accompany the booking form.
Booking
forms incorporating a copy of the Terms and Conditions can be
e-mailed or posted on request, or downloaded from the attachments
below. Once completed and signed, the booking form should be
emailed or faxed to Alpine Infusion at:

Chalet Renard Rouge
To reserve Chalet Renard Rouge
contact us with your proposed dates and contact details, name,
telephone number and email address. Subject to availability we
will provisionally reserve the property, following which you will be
contacted directly by the owner who will confirm your reservation and
deal with your holiday and booking requirements thereafter.
All bookings of
Renard Rouge are directly contractual between the client and the
property owner.
Methods of Payment:
- By cheque(s) made
payable to Alpine Infusion Limited or SARL Genepi as applicable
- Bank
to bank transfer – please contact us for account and payment details
- By
credit card – please contact us with your credit card details for
processing (credit card payments are for a minimum amount of £1,000
and are subject to a 5% surcharge on the total value of the
transaction)
Priority is given to clients taking an exclusive booking of the
entire chalet. Individual room bookings, single room occupancy,
short breaks, long weekend and 10 day trips are all options
dependent on availability and quotes can be provided on request.
Arrival
and departure dates are flexible during the summer seasons dependant
on availability at the time of booking.
Discounts include a 5% reduction for returning clients and bookings
of two consecutive weeks. There is no charge for infants sharing a
room with their parents/guardians.
