At Alpine infusion, we take great pride in the quality of our food and wine and understand that it is a key element to the enjoyment of your ski holiday. That is why we place so much emphasis on hand picking professional chefs who are experienced, talented and passionate about food. Many of our chefs return to work with us year after year and are constantly bringing delicious, fresh menu ideas to the table.

We aim to provide you with some of the best dining experiences in a relaxed and homely atmosphere where nothing is too much trouble for our friendly and experienced team.

We take our wines seriously too, to the extent that we work with an experienced local sommelier to select a range of fine French wines that are compatible with our chef’s menus sampling a different red and white wine each evening with dinner. We believe that great food deserves great wine and that is why we don’t compromise on the quality of wines we offer you.

Children are some of our most important guests and we take great care in providing fun and nutritious meals for them too. In our experience children’s mealtimes should be fun and interactive and our chefs will create bespoke menus for them too. For those children lucky enough to have a birthday whist staying with us then birthday cakes and tea parties can be arranged.

Flexibility is the key and we cater for everyone. We will email you your chefs proposed menu plans in advance of your holiday, so that you can peruse it at your leisure. Our chefs are very happy to discuss the finer details of their menus and any particular dietary requirements that you may have.
