Our Chalets > Chalet Eau Vive (10 person) - New
for 2007/2008 > More Info

Located in Méribel 1600,
the 5* ski-in, ski-out Chalet Eau Vive is the home of former World
ski champion George Mauduit. 1600 is a delightful enclave and from
the chalet, guests can walk easily to a number of bars, shops and
restaurants, including the very popular Les Enfants Terribles, as
well as ski in from and on to the blue Doron run connecting you
directly to the central Chaudanne ski area and
from there the entire Three Valleys network.
Furnished in traditional
Savoyarde style, the chalet offers accommodation over three floors.
The centre-piece of the chalet is a cosy split-level living room
with a large stone fireplace. For movie lovers there is a home
cinema room fitted with lounging areas and a large projector screen.
The spacious bedrooms, all
of which have either ensuite or private bathrooms, have a
traditional feel and most of them can fit extra beds for children or
cots for babies. There are four twin/double bedrooms with ensuite
bathrooms and one twin/double bedroom with private bathroom and
three of the bedrooms have balconies overlooking the mountains.
The chalet’s tree-protected
terrace, with its bar and table tennis table provides the
perfect sun trap. On the ground floor there is a laundry room,
ski rack and boot warmer, on-site private parking and a sixth
massage room with an adjacent bathroom which can also be used as
an extra bedroom for larger groups at a supplementary charge.
