At the Parc Olympique, built for the 1992 Albertville Olympics, there is an Olympic size skating rink where as well as skating you can watch championship ice hockey matches, a bowling alley and swimming pool. An international cinema is located in the centre of town and there is no shortage of shops and boutiques, après-ski bars, restaurants and night-clubs including the famous Dick’s Tea Bar.
